Volleyball: It was a busy first couple of days in 2018 with three games each for both teams. Boys and girls played side-by-side in all of these fixtures and delivered in unison: two wins and one loss for both teams, respectively, and both still have chances to grab some medals.
Badminton: The 11U boys’ team started the new year just the way they ended the old one – they attained an enthralling 5:0 victory away at Dulwich College without dropping a single set, once again. Spirits continue to be high within the team and they are confident they can continue their fantastic form at Nexus this Wednesday.
Football: Our football ladies had a successful week as both teams managed to win in their match-ups against Dulwich (6:0, Team B) and UWC East (4:2, Team A). The 14U boys’ Team B has had a rough start so far with two losses, whereas Team A’s first game against Tanglin Trust School ended in a 1:1 draw.
Basketball: Our 19U boys lost a dramatic encounter against NPS and the 16U, too, suffered a defeat in this year’s first game against Chatsworth. The young ones from our 12U boys’ team, however, made up for it and delivered a smashing victory over Tanglin Trust.
Swimming: Our swimming teams at both campuses have been provided with new GESS gear. They indeed look good and both squads are now eager to show off at the upcoming ACSIS swim events.
