A group of eight interested Members of the School Association with financial expertise recently joined Dr Dirk Eichelberger, our Honorary Treasurer, and Mr Joachim Herrmann, Director of Finance and Administration, to engage in a detailed discussion of the financing of Project 2017. Key assumptions, risks and the overall methodology were analysed and discussed. The meeting was very productive, co-operative and fruitful. A second follow-up meeting of this group is planned when all parameters (financing, cost of land, term sheets from the banks etc) are confirmed. Some feedback from that meeting will be presented at the next EGM that will be convened to seek approval from the Association for Project 2017.
