The program is designed for anyone who wishes to refine their swimming skills in order to maximise potential in the coming racing season. There will be ongoing reviews of all four strokes; ongoing reviews of the front start, the back start, and the four turns; ongoing feedback provided within all training sets: ongoing positive reinforcement, confidence building, and enhancement of swimmers’ self-esteem.
