Primary School

Choose English IB or German Curriculum

We offer all students entering Primary School a choice between two main curriculum: the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) taught in English and the German curriculum.

English IB Curriculum

  • An international curriculum that provides continuity for families that are constantly on the move.
  • It provides greater breadth of knowledge by exposing students to subjects from a wide range of disciplines.
  • Promotes independent and critical thinking through an inquiry-based learning approach that also equips students with research skills.
  • Emphasises social responsibility in students through its unique Creative, Action and Service (CAS) component that requires students to be involved in extra-curricular activities and the community.

    German Curriculum

    • Gives students an edge when it comes to enrolling in top German universities where tertiary education is more affordable.
    • The possibility of being streamed into three different academic tracks (Gymnasium, Realschule, Hauptschule) based on capabilities and needs.
    • Offers greater depth of study by allowing students to be more focused on their choice of academic disciplines.
